1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EduNova, your school agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Subscription & Billing

EduNova is offered on a subscription basis (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise plans). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. A 30-day free trial is available with no credit card required.

3. Acceptable Use

Schools agree to use EduNova solely for legitimate educational administration purposes and not to misuse the platform to violate applicable laws or the rights of students, parents, or staff.

4. Service Availability

EduNova targets 99.9% uptime SLA for Enterprise customers. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, schools have 90 days to export their data before deletion.

6. Limitation of Liability

EduNova Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law.
