EduNova collects information necessary to provide school management services, including student records, staff information, attendance data, academic results, and financial transactions submitted by schools using our platform.
Data collected is used solely to provide, maintain, and improve the EduNova platform for the school that owns the data. We do not sell student or staff data to third parties.
We employ industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, role-based access control, two-factor authentication, and regular automated backups to protect all data on our platform.
All data entered into EduNova by a school remains the property of that school. Schools may export their data at any time and request deletion upon account closure, subject to legal retention requirements.
EduNova integrates with payment processors (Paystack, Flutterwave), messaging providers (Termii, WhatsApp Business), and cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) who process data per their own privacy policies.
